Each Cada Día pair is thoughtfully handcrafted in Marikina using carefully selected materials. As a small brand, we take pride in quality and attention to detail. 

Order Processing

  • Please ensure you have selected the correct size before payment.
  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after confirmation. Delivery times may vary depending on your location once the order has been dispatched.
  • We ensure that each pair is quality-checked before dispatch.
  • Colors may appear slightly different due to lighting and screen settings.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service to customers who repeatedly cancel orders or fail to settle payments on time.

Exchange Policy

We accept exchanges under the following conditions:

  • Requests must be made within 3 days from receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in complete packaging.
  • Exchanges are only applicable for size concerns or factory defects.

Please note:

  • Shipping fees for exchanges will be shouldered by the customer unless the item received is defective.
  • Availability of sizes/styles is subject to stock on hand.
  • For damaged or defective items, an unboxing video and clear photos of the concern are required for proper assessment.
